We are seeking individuals who share our passion to join our community. Role Overview:This role involves leading the social media efforts for our brands, developing fresh, on-brand content strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and reach the right audience. You'll work closely with our creative teams and conceptualize themes, events and campaigns (organic and paid) that stand out.

While you won't be running the ads yourself, you'll be responsible for developing strong concepts and direction for them. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for the real estate and hospitality sector. Create monthly themes, content plans, and campaign ideas tailored to our brand's goals

Ideate campaign directions for both organic and paid (inorganic) promotions

Liaise with designers and content creators to bring your ideas to life

Manage community engagement - responses to comments, messages, and building relationships

Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize future content

Stay updated with social trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations

What We're Looking For:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a social media role (agency background preferred but not mandatory)Strong understanding of how to grow brand presence and engagement online

Creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling, branding, and visual aesthetics

Comfortable coordinating with design teams and providing clear creative briefs

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong understanding of campaign analytics and performance optimization.Nice to Have:Prior experience working with real estate or hospitality brandsA portfolio showcasing content strategies or campaigns you've led
