Job Title: Senior Process Associate

As a Senior Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain accurate records of debit notes, credit notes, and intercompany transactions.

• Issuance of Debit Note from Corporate to all Inter company: You will be responsible for generating debit notes from corporate to all intercompany entities, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
• Accounting of all Debit note/Credit note received from Corporate and any other Inter company after through review and set process: You will carefully review and record all debit and credit notes received from corporate and other intercompany entities, adhering to established procedures.
• Responsible for Inter company account reconciliation and balance confirmation to all other Inter company as part of month end process. : You will perform intercompany account reconciliations and balance confirmations on a monthly basis, ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Vendor Card Creation and Update details as and when required as per process. : As needed, you will create and update vendor cards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordination with GL Coordinator of respective entity for any clarification : You will collaborate with GL coordinators to clarify any issues or concerns related to general ledger entries.
• Coordination and follow up with Approver to get approval before posting any GL entry. : Before posting any general ledger entries, you will coordinate with approvers to obtain necessary approvals.
• Strong knowledge in GL and reconciliation of GL balance vs. Sub-Ledger : You should possess strong knowledge of general ledger operations and be able to reconcile general ledger balances with sub-ledger information.
• Downloading various report from ERP during Month end process : During the month-end process, you will download various reports from the enterprise resource planning system.
• Preparation of MIS Report , Revenue Flash Report and Monthly Report : You will prepare management information system reports, revenue flash reports, and monthly reports, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
• Reconciliation of GL Balance vs. Sub-Ledger : You will ensure that general ledger balances are accurately reconciled with sub-ledger information.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. : You will prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure completeness of financial records. : You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure the completeness of our financial records.

• Good knowledge in GL Process : You should have good knowledge of general ledger processes and procedures.
• Vendor Account reconciliation and Payment process based on aging report. : You will reconcile vendor accounts and process payments based on aging reports.
• Worked under global AP , AR and GL system : You should have experience working under global accounting, accounts payable, and general ledger systems.
• Month end Journal Entry preparation and knowledge of debit & credit : You will prepare month-end journal entries and have a solid understanding of debit and credit principles.
• Knowledge of Book Keeping and Accounting Entry : You should possess knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliations statements : You will prepare bank reconciliation statements, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
• Positive pay uploading tracking & Publishing the positive pay check details on daily basis. : You will upload and track positive pay files, publishing the check details on a daily basis.
