As a R&D and Innovation Lead in the Salesforce space, you will be responsible for driving innovation through building futuristic demos, Proof of Concepts, and reusable assets to drive business growth and technical excellence.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Data Cloud: End-to-end data cloud implementation experience is crucial in this role, where you will work on various projects that require seamless integration with customer databases.
- Agent Force: Expertise in end-to-end agent force implementation is also essential, as you will be working closely with sales teams to optimize their workflow and performance using advanced technologies like Sales Coach and SDR.
- Einstein AI: Certified Einstein Discovery consultant is a highly valued skillset, allowing you to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Tableau Next: Experience in implementing or creating a POC for Tableau can help you visualize complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Agentic Framework: Understanding of n8n and autogen is also important, as these tools enable you to automate workflows and streamline processes.
- LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP Server, A2A scenarios: Familiarity with these technologies can give you an edge in developing innovative solutions that drive business value.
