We are seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and directing innovative marketing campaigns, crafting compelling brand strategies, writing engaging content, and conducting thorough research.

This is a full-time on-site position located in South Delhi. As a Creative Strategist, you will work closely with our digital and experiential teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas, collaborate on project development, and oversee the execution of campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent creative direction and strategy skills, have experience in developing and implementing brand strategies, and demonstrate strong writing and research abilities. Proficiency in communication and collaboration is also essential. Additionally, experience in the hospitality or Alco-Bev industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and direct creative strategies and campaigns
  • Craft compelling brand strategies and messaging
  • Write engaging content for various channels
  • Conduct thorough research to inform campaign development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project development and execution
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns and ensure successful outcomes

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
