The Position

In this role at Snaphunt, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guests, ensuring a seamless experience for all who interact with our organisation. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our company, making a lasting impression on everyone you meet.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and directing clients and guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Managing all incoming calls, redirecting or handling inquiries as necessary.
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Receiving and dispatching mail, maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, as required.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborating with building management on facilities-related issues.
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.

Your Ideal Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Service-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable handling phone calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong team player, able to adapt to changing environments.
