Reception Desk Manager

The Position
In this role at Snaphunt, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guests, ensuring a seamless experience for all who interact with our organisation. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our company, making a lasting impression on everyone you meet.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing clients and guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Managing all incoming calls, redirecting or handling inquiries as necessary.
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls, ensuring seamless communication.
- Receiving and dispatching mail, maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
- Providing administrative support to the team, as required.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Collaborating with building management on facilities-related issues.
- Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
Your Ideal Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Service-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable handling phone calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
- A strong networker and relationship builder, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A strong team player, able to adapt to changing environments.
