Front Desk Operations Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting clients and guests, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering incoming calls and handling caller inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organising meetings and conference calls, and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Receiving and dispatching mail, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Providing administrative support to the team as required, including managing contract negotiations and liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a Receptionist role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
- A strong networker and relationship builder, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment.
