
Senior Business Development Manager

As a senior business development manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing the full cycle of bids, proposals, pricing operations, and sales reporting processes.
- Job Description:
- Identify opportunities through private, state, and federal procurement portals, reviewing qualification criteria, preparing executive summaries, compliance documents, and financials.
- Prepare and validate monthly commission and sales reports by reconciling vendor submissions, deducting taxes/surcharges, and verifying data with operations teams.
- Manage vending machine pricing across client accounts, initiating price revision requests, securing approvals, and coordinating vendor implementation.
- Partner with sales, operations, and management teams to align on reporting, pricing, and proposal strategies.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF tools.
- Hands-on experience with FileMaker Pro, VendTrak, and Cantaloupe.
- Experience preparing client-facing reports, pricing models, and presentations.
- Prior experience working with state or federal procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
