Job Title: SSIS, SSRS Support Lead

About the Job:

This is a permanent position for a highly skilled SSIS/SSRS Support Lead. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in database and application development and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operations team, driving strategic direction, job monitoring, scheduling, configuration and maintenance of batch jobs.
  • Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Log, prioritize and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years' database and application development and support experience.
  • Proven SQL language experience with highly performing SQL.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).
