Job Title: Data Analyst

Overview of Role:

The role involves delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gathering project requirements, setting up and delivering assessments/simulations, reporting setup and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collating scores from different tools to maintain a database.
  • Analyzing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Effective communication skills, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Identifying innovative ways to improve current execution methods.
  • Operating independently with strong domain knowledge, including primary and secondary research, survey methodology, and client products.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with advanced text, math, statistical, and information functions.
  • Knowledge of statistic functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Business communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas confidently, verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility, initiative-taking, accountability, collaboration, self-motivation, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
