Job Title

The Business Leadership team at a leading organization empowers leaders to manage client businesses by providing business systems and processes enabled by the latest technology and data-driven insights.

The primary responsibilities include design, development, and governance of business data, delivery performance, resource management, and project management of pivotal initiatives.

The team measures, manages, and connects business KPIs across verticals to build a single view of impact areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support leadership teams in identifying opportunities and conceptualizing program objectives.
  2. Define program scope and structure program execution plan.
  3. Define baseline metrics/goals to quantify program outcomes.
  4. Gather and document requirements for the program.
  5. Own program(s) assigned and drive them to closure within defined timelines.
  6. Work closely with program team members and provide operational support to program team members to drive program outcomes.
  7. Work with various stakeholders to drive program support and coordination.
  8. Identify, manage, resolve, and/or escalate issues/risks at the program level.
  9. Report progress on program status to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 9-12 years of overall experience with exposure to business analysis or program management.
  • Ability to think strategically while staying connected to details.
  • Structured problem-solving skills with a practical sense of what works in the given context.
  • Bias for action, with an unwavering focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and operate at all levels with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to quickly develop and maintain relationships within the organization.
