The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment and possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a sales team.

The salary for this position is approximately ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a Results-Oriented Sales Enablement Specialist who can design, deliver, and assess training programs aimed at improving the sales team's product knowledge, selling techniques, and overall performance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales training role in a product-based company.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep product knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn and adapt) in product based IT company.
