About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Presales Solutions Architect to drive our win strategy, deal construction, and build mindshare with stakeholders to secure large IT infrastructure services pursuits.

The ideal candidate will own, anchor, and win RFP/RFI/RFS/RFQ's across infrastructure service lines and integrated IT outsourcing pursuits. They will work closely with Vertical Sales, Business Acquisition Group, and Technical Presales teams to develop winning solutions and strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and anchoring RFP/RFI/RFS/RFQ's across infrastructure service lines and integrated IT outsourcing pursuits
  • Developing and presenting winning solutions and strategies in collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pursuit

Requirements:

  • 4-16 years of experience in IT infrastructure presales
  • Technical and commercial expertise in presales of at least 2-3 service lines (Digital Workplace, Cloud, Security, Networks, and Service Management)
  • Presales solution architecture experience is preferable
  • Experience in handling infrastructure services in various distributed industries (Manufacturing, Auto, LSH, Retail & CPG, Professional Services & Government)
  • Full-time Bachelor's degree in science or technology or engineering; preference for Masters (M.S., MBA, or MTech)
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills along with strong documentation skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and different time zones when required for pursuit deliverables
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively for required functions
  • Able to work in a diverse team environment with flair for mentoring
