Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and enhance the employee experience throughout their lifecycle.

This role involves conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.

  • Design and manage engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and execute the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce.
  • Generate and present regular reports on engagement metrics and employee feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Act as an HR business partner by working closely with managers and leaders to align HR initiatives with Institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct structured employee connects (15:30:60-day and 1:1) to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
  2. Oversee touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Requirements & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
