High-Performance Analog IC Design Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, fast-growing technology company as a Principal Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our analog design efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters using advanced CMOS processes
  • Develop transistor-level designs from initial specification through layout supervision and silicon evaluation
  • Leverage expertise in noise and mismatch analysis to optimize circuit performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introduction to market
  • Maintain strong knowledge of analog and digital behavioral modeling, synthesis, and simulation tools

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development
  • Proven track record of successfully taking designs to production
  • Expertise in designing circuits for electromigration and ESD compliance in submicron CMOS processes
  • Strong understanding of layout parasitic extraction tools and layout-dependent impairments
  • Familiarity with MATLAB and/or other programming languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
