Job Title: Technical Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital IC design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality physical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement full-chip timing strategies
  • Design and optimize digital ICs using Innovus, ICC2, and Fusion Compiler
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive tape-out process and ensure high-quality designs
  • Conduct DRC, LVS, and parasitic extraction for clean designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital IC design
  • Proficient in digital IC design tools such as Innovus, ICC2, and Fusion Compiler
  • Strong understanding of digital IC design principles and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced packaging technologies
  • Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and other related technologies
