Process Policy Manager

As a Process and Policy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with various liabilities and payment products. You will work on developing process and policy frameworks for products including savings accounts, fixed deposits, debit cards, and payment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation and adherence of all compliance-related items and assist in external and internal audits.
  • Strengthen systems, controls, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure all RBI-related circulars are strictly adhered to.
  • Develop a good understanding of RBI processes and policies, audit parameters, AML guidelines, and fraud management.
  • Be responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes, including reporting to RBI/AML/CPU teams.
  • Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for branches, customers, and products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer-centric processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for product teams; act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies and processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of front-line staff.
  • Ensure processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Education: Preferably an MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college.

Work Experience: Prior experience in setting up policies and processes for liabilities products will be an added advantage.
