Job Role:

We are seeking a Life Insurance Policy Servicing Specialist to join our organization.

About the Role:

  • Process and resolve post-issue service requests, including updates to policyholder information and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a professional setting, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, particularly those used in policy administration systems.
