Job Title: UAT Test Manager
We are seeking a seasoned User Acceptance Testing Specialist to lead the testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365 and - Sales systems.
This role ensures that the platform meets business requirements and delivers a seamless experience for Sales - CRM teams and end-users.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.
We require a professional with extensive experience in software testing, preferably in a sales or customer relationship management context.
Key Responsibilities:
UAT Strategy & Planning:
- Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows.
- Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales - CRM operations.
Test Case Management:
- Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
- Ensure coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation , - Sales , CRM integrations).
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies.
Defect Management:
- Track, analyze, and escalate defects.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Environment & Data Setup:
- Ensure UAT environment mirrors production.
- Manage test data preparation and validation.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
- Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.
