
CRM Team Lead

Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Determine the overall CRM strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and ensuring it supports business needs.
- Select, implement, and maintain the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Manage customer data within the CRM system, ensure data quality, and leverage analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Lead and manage a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system effectively supports their operations.
- Track key CRM metrics, analyze performance, and report on the effectiveness of the CRM system to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve the CRM system, explore new technologies, and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Experience with CRM software and platforms.
- Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Project management and change management experience.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies such as cloud computing, APIs, and integration platforms.
