Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.

  • This role requires a minimum of 18 years of experience in a relevant position.

Educational Qualification:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Determine the overall CRM strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and ensuring it supports business needs.
  2. Select, implement, and maintain the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  3. Manage customer data within the CRM system, ensure data quality, and leverage analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  4. Lead and manage a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system effectively supports their operations.
  6. Track key CRM metrics, analyze performance, and report on the effectiveness of the CRM system to senior management.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve the CRM system, explore new technologies, and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM software and platforms.
  • Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Project management and change management experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies such as cloud computing, APIs, and integration platforms.
