Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Main responsibility is to lead the operations of various teams and drive strategic initiatives for overall business growth.

  2. This role requires proactive management of resources, forecasting workforce demands, and aligning production schedules accordingly.

  3. You will need to ensure seamless execution of operational plans, monitor productivity metrics, and identify areas for process improvements.

  4. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  5. Mentorship and capability building are essential aspects of this role, where you will work closely with team members to develop their skills and enhance overall performance.

  6. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that can inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. Foster collaboration across different departments (commercial, security, fleet, last mile) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

  7. Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and managing change.

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; post-graduation experience of 1-3 years preferred.

Females are preferred for this role.
Education requirement: BTech from Tier 1 college would be preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years post graduation.
