Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the site's operational excellence strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site-wide initiatives to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive cultural change.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, optimize supply chain operations, and eliminate waste.
  • Coach and develop managers and teams to achieve their full potential and drive performance improvement.
  • Identify and implement best practices and industry standards to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational excellence results, including cost savings, productivity gains, and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
