Process Excellence Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Process Excellence Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiencies and boosting customer satisfaction in the luxury residential real estate sector.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Define Target Processes: Establish objectives and key performance indicators for all processes within the real estate business.
  3. Map the Value Stream: Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of current processes to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  4. Eliminate Waste and Improve Quality: Apply Lean principles to eliminate non-value-added activities and enhance product quality.
  5. Optimize Flow and Efficiency: Strategize to create a seamless workflow that maximizes operational efficiency.
  6. Implement Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by advocating for innovative solutions and practices.
  7. Align Culture and Strategy: Ensure that the organizational culture aligns with strategic objectives to cultivate a cohesive working environment.
  8. Increase Efficiency and Productivity: Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce productivity while preserving high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in project management within the real estate sector, demonstrating a robust understanding of industry standards and best practices.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, and real estate is required. Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies specific to real estate is also necessary.
