Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform.

  • An ideal candidate should have experience with ServiceNow application development, including configuration, scripting, and integration tasks.
  • The role requires proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer, as well as knowledge of ITSM and HRSD modules.
  • A strong understanding of REST API integrations and common script includes is also necessary.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to documentation, versioning, and user guides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.
  • Write scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic.
  • Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
  • Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills.
