Inventory Management Specialist

Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating timely stock replenishment, and analyzing sales trends to ensure optimal stock levels.

Additional responsibilities include liaising with central warehouse, vendors, and logistics teams, tracking shipments, and conducting regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Supervision of a team handling replenishment, picking, and put-away is also required. Implementing SOPs for replenishment and storage, maintaining daily/weekly replenishment trackers, fill rate reports, and out-of-stock dashboards are essential tasks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory/replenishment planning, preferably in Q-commerce or D2C retail.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS/IMS systems and Excel-based reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in managing dark stores or micro-fulfilment centres and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
