We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Planner to spearhead our inventory management and distribution processes.About the Role:The successful candidate will assist in planning processes, including demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and inventory replenishment. They will also gather forecasts from channel and category teams, plan inventory at warehouse levels, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with packaging teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to inform inventory decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with packaging teams to procure materials and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with supply chain management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
