Amazon Ads Marketing Manager

RAS Luxury Skincare is seeking a skilled Amazon Ads Executive to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns that drive traffic and sales for our luxury skincare products.
Job Description:Campaign Strategy & Execution
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to manage our Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads) and optimize them for better results. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with our brand goals.
- Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
The ideal candidate will track key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders. This information will be used to inform data-driven decision-making and improve campaign strategies.

Keyword Research & Optimization
The Amazon Ads Executive will conduct keyword research to find high-potential search terms and improve targeting. Additionally, they will optimize keyword strategies to maximize ad relevance and visibility.

Collaboration with Teams
The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to align ad strategies with broader brand goals. They will also advise on product listing optimizations and Amazon SEO to improve overall performance.

Market & Competitor Insights
The Amazon Ads Executive will stay current on Amazon's advertising features and industry trends to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon advertising or PPC campaign management (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Proficiency in Amazon advertising tools (Seller Central, AMS, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
