Telecom Sales Strategy Manager

We are TIGI HR, a leading company in the field of human resources. We are currently seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth in international markets through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
- Outreach Campaigns: Acquire new clients in the telecom sector through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing efforts.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including telecom service providers, call centers, and enterprises.
- Sales Team Management: Provide coaching and guidance to ensure individual contributors meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Align sales strategies with customer needs and ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
- crm Tool Utilization: Streamline sales management and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of managing SDR teams and driving revenue growth.
- Telecom/Dialer Industry Sales Experience: Strong understanding of international market dynamics and preference for candidates with experience working in Middle East countries.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Crm and Outreach Tool Proficiency: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
- Travel Requirements: Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
