Position: International Sales Manager (with Telecom and Dialer Industry Experience)

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving business growth in the telecom and dialer industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with new customers and partners across assigned geographies, leveraging their expertise in outreach campaigns and team leadership to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for telecom and dialer solutions in international markets, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
  • Lead high-performing outreach campaigns, acquiring new clients in the telecom sector through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom service providers, call centers, and enterprises, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that individual contributors meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Travel internationally to strengthen client relationships, explore new opportunities, and provide on-site support as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs, ensuring that solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Pipedrive, Zoho, and Apollo.io to streamline sales management, tracking key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of managing SDR teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Require experience in telecom/dialer industry sales, with a strong understanding of international market dynamics and a preference for candidates with experience working in Middle East countries.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM and outreach tools, including Pipedrive, Zoho, and Apollo.io, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for business expansion opportunities, with a flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
