
Regional Growth Manager

This role involves leading the organization's growth through strategic sales development and merchant relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales channel establishment and maintenance across assigned regions.
- Maintaining strong partnerships with current and potential merchants to foster a conducive sales environment.
- New merchant onboarding, market expansion, and retention of key merchants.
- Training merchants on payment solutions and product presentation, as well as handling escalations.
- Territory competition monitoring and sharing insights with leadership teams.
- Ensuring brand visibility in assigned territories using provided promotional materials.
- Developing productivity, customer-service, and quality standards.
- Monitoring return on investment and implementing measures to increase it.
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or MBA with a strong academic record is preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Hands-on experience with merchant acquisition, engagement, and payment solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on sales and customer service.
- A go-getter approach, focused, and result-driven.
- A good understanding of merchant-facing roles and payment solution ecosystems.
- Field sales experience with proven track records of increasing sales and revenue.
- Exposure to startup environments is an added advantage.
- Problem-solving abilities with a strong bias for impact.
- Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers.
- A drive for results, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics.
