Key Responsibilities:

  • Desktop Support, Windows 10, 11 troubleshooting experience
  • Good-to-Have Windows Virtual Desktop, Basic Azure, and scripting skills
  • Provide technical support to end-users via remote desktop tools and communication channels
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on client systems
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations
  • Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in remote desktop support or a related technical support role
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency in remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar applications
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment
