Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop Support, Windows 10, 11 troubleshooting experience
- Good-to-Have Windows Virtual Desktop, Basic Azure, and scripting skills
- Provide technical support to end-users via remote desktop tools and communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on client systems
- Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and system usage
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in remote desktop support or a related technical support role
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar applications
- Experience with Active Directory and user account management
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment
