As a Brand Strategy Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Your expertise in various social media platforms, marketing strategies, and team management skills will enable you to lead a team of Social Media Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop social media marketing strategies, conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with overall business plans.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts across various platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling content (text, image, and video) that resonates with the target audience.
  • Implement paid social media campaigns, including targeting and optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Social Media Specialists.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills is required. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is also beneficial.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
