Job Overview
Paradigm Realty is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant/Deputy Manager for Facility Management in Mumbai. This mid-level position offers the opportunity to manage building operations and oversee facility management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in society handover and building operations, demonstrated through relevant experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily building operations to ensure efficient facility management.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm, and Water Systems.
- Responsible for all electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and cleaning issues.
- Coordinate the smooth handover of society facilities to respective authorities.
- Supervise parking handover operations and resolve any arising issues.
- Lead and oversee housekeeping team to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of MEP services across facilities.
- Manage building management systems for process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to FAPA guidelines, promoting safe and quality practices.
- Coordinate vendor AMC activities, managing contracts and maintaining service continuity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in society handover and building operations (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in managing and coordinating parking handover activities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Strong understanding and experience with monitoring MEP services to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with building management systems to support efficient facility operations.
- Competence in FAPA processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Experience in managing vendor AMC for seamless service delivery and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
