Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical assistance.

As a System Engineer, you will be instrumental in empowering our customers to get the most out of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution. You will engage with clients to understand their current device management challenges, IT infrastructure, security requirements, and long-term goals.

  • Deploy, configure, and support MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Or Workspace one or AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our product, working closely with other teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our unified endpoint management product.
  • Provide product training to clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Document and track support issues to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch Management tools.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching.
  • Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.
