">About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance.
Your primary objective will be to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to business operations. You will work closely with various teams, including development, quality assurance, and infrastructure, to analyze system performance, implement solutions, and provide training to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Analyze and resolve intricate technical problems that impact system functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide Expert-Level Support: Deliver high-quality support to internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Identify Areas for Improvement: Proactively monitor system performance and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges and improve system capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Critical Incident Management: Experience managing high-priority incidents and resolving complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical data, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with Incident Management Tools and Processes: Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies for incident management, problem solving, and resolution.
- Ability to Work Collaboratively: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ITIL Framework and Best Practices: Knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
