Job Role: Microsoft System Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-notch technical support for Microsoft systems, including Windows 7, 8.1, and 10. You should possess in-depth knowledge of PC hardware architecture and typical desktop applications such as MS Office, virus scans, and Ghost.
A successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with SCCM and operations, including installing applications and managing patches. Additionally, they should have prior experience in Remote Desktop support and a solid understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other related concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support for Microsoft system-related issues.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems using a variety of troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft systems in an IT Infrastructure function.
- In-depth knowledge of PC hardware architecture and typical desktop applications.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and operations, including installing applications and managing patches.
- Prior experience in Remote Desktop support and a solid understanding of network fundamentals.
