
Chief of Strategy

This high-level executive will spearhead key projects, drive strategic planning, and foster collaboration across the organization. They will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1. Strategic Execution & Ownership
Create and manage end-to-end initiatives from planning to implementation, focusing on revenue growth, customer experience, and brand equity.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales velocity and optimize costs for maximum profitability.
Ensure operational feasibility and scalability of strategic initiatives by working with internal teams.
Collaborate with senior leadership to create a comprehensive strategy aligned with company goals.
2. Founder's Office Project ManagementDirectly manage critical projects, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to support high-stakes decision-making.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives in business development, operations, finance, and marketing.
Proactively address project risks, creating contingency plans to mitigate obstacles.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & InfluenceFacilitate seamless coordination between business and support functions to execute strategic initiatives.
Lead negotiations and discussions with partners, clients, and key decision-makers to ensure strategic objectives are understood and executed.
Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Resolve potential conflicts or disagreements between stakeholders in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
4. Thought Partnership & Decision SupportAct as a trusted advisor to the CEO, senior leadership, and other stakeholders on critical business decisions related to strategy, growth, and product innovation.
Provide clarity and direction in ambiguous business situations by leveraging data, research, and industry insights.
Apply structured problem-solving techniques and first-principles thinking to deconstruct challenges and identify effective solutions.
Lead the development of compelling business cases for new initiatives, including competition research, ROI analysis, and customer impact studies.
5. Leadership & Team DevelopmentSupport the CEO and leadership team in enhancing their leadership effectiveness through coaching, facilitation, and encouraging high-performance cultures.
Work with HR and department leads to design performance metrics, track team progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify, develop, and mentor high-potential leaders within the organization, ensuring a strong internal leadership pipeline.
Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams, promoting a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented organizational culture.
6. Strategic Communication & Brand RepresentationAct as the communication backbone for the CEO, managing internal and external communications, including crafting updates, presentations, and strategic reports.
Represent the CEO and the company in key industry forums, public events, and stakeholder meetings, positioning the firm as a leader in the real estate industry.
Use analytics and insights to craft compelling, data-backed communications that inform stakeholders of strategic progress, decisions, and outcomes.
7. Operational ExcellenceIdentify and drive improvements in business operations, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience.
Oversee the integration of new tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems and alignment with company objectives.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure teams are fully equipped to deliver on their strategic goals, ensuring scalability for future growth.
Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to keep the company ahead of industry shifts and technological advances.
Identify and propose new business opportunities that align with the company's long-term goals, focusing on growth and profitability.
