Job Title: Organizational Strategy Coordinator

About this role:

The Organizational Structure Team is responsible for maintaining accurate Organizational structures. This information is used to generate reports, conduct audits and ensure seamless workflows across all departments.

  • We collaborate with global teams to design, implement and transition organizational management activities in international projects.
  • We identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and initiate programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • We analyze current processes, suggest improvements through Change Requests (CRs), Liaison Hours (LHs) and Service Management Tickets (SMT Tickets). We then implement these changes across entities.
  • Maintenance of Organizational structures, Position, Person and Communication Master data.
  • We provide second-level support on technical issues such as COMPAS, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Master Data in the COMPAS system
  • Maintenance processes for Position Master Data in the Local HR System.
  • We update Org units, Classification of Org types, Org area, Cost center update, Personnel Area/Sub area updation, Location update, Account Assignment, Info Org unit, Position maintenance, Position Movements, Role updation, Target & Disciplinary Manager mapping, Managerial Assignments, Direct/Indirect flag update.
  • Monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on Org management and Chief updates
  • We adhere to SLA by timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders
  • We create Queries and generate Need Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS
Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any field, Post Graduate / MBA in HR (optional), MSW

Work Experience:

3-5 years of work experience in SAP/SF

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in EC/SAP
