Product Coordinator Job Description">

The primary responsibility of the Product Coordinator is to facilitate a seamless workflow between various departments, including Sales, IT, Credit, and Operations. This involves resolving day-to-day issues related to products and processes through active engagement with the sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve queries in a timely manner and providing ad-hoc support whenever required. Additionally, they will identify product gaps, conduct research on product development, test the viability of new products, and communicate their launch.

Key responsibilities also include ensuring adequate training interventions on systems and processes while monitoring progress and publishing figures. Furthermore, the Product Coordinator will drive employee contests and incentives to boost motivation and productivity levels among employees.

They will also be responsible for driving the sale of supplementary products, such as insurance, to secure the portfolio and increase fee income. This includes designing and conducting sales contests as well as running marketing campaigns.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. They should also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.
