As a Learning and Development Professional, you will play a key role in providing Behavioural & Leadership training to our team members. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering internal training programs, supporting the planning and promotion of courses, and liaising with external training providers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal training to Frontline & Middle Management team members for various digital programs
  • Support the planning, promotion, and logistics of courses according to department guidelines
  • Provide training to support staff and Operation teams
  • Liaise with the L&D Manager to prepare and follow up on internal and/or external training programs
  • Perform administrative tasks related to reporting and documentation of training

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of overall work experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of work experience as a Training Facilitator
  • Open to working from the office during evening shifts
  • Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development (up to Middle Management level)
  • Data management skills and analytical thinking
