We are expanding rapidly in system integration and managed services, building strong alliances with global OEMs like VMWare, AWS, Azure, HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Palo AltoWe are currently hiring for a Leadership position: Vertical Head- Government Sales to lead our team of sales professionals, pan India and will work with the state governments and all Government aided enterprise and institutions towards promoting the Cyfuture products and solutions.About the role:The role requires partners with Business Units and Functional Heads to conceptualize, design, develop and execute L&D initiatives and Campus Onboarding that enables accomplishment of business objectives.Key Job Responsibility:Handle end to end Campus Onboarding ProgramCollaborate with Senior Management, Leadership & HR to assess training needs across various departments and rolesIdentify and analyse organizational needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from various sourcesUse surveys, interviews, and job analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvementDesign, curate, and implement comprehensive training programs, including workshops and seminars both for new employees and ongoing skill development, that align with the organization's strategic goalsConducting training sessions and workshops for employees, either in-person or through virtual means, ensuring that the content is engaging and informativeMonitor and Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them through various assessment methods, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvementAssess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunitiesEstablish process and procedures to enhance the learning ecosystem and learner experienceEvaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning journeys on an ongoing basis and make necessary fine tuning to address business needsAnalytics – Report on training metrics, including engagement and completion rates, feedback scores, and return on investmentDesired Profile:PG / MBA with minimum one year of relevant experience into Learning & Development and Campus Onboarding, Campus Connect for a Technology / IT / ITES/ Management Consulting OrganizationCertification in training or L&D or instructional design (e.g. CPLP – Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is a plusExtensive experience in designing and delivering Corporate training programsKnowledge of effective learning and development methodsProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Strong stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgementMust be Positive, Dynamic and EnergeticWhat we offer:A unique opportunity to join a collaborative work environment in a hyper-growth contextThe chance to grow your professional and technical skills, with real room for career progressionMedical Insurance by the companyAn employee-friendly compensation structure that includes Tax saving components where the employee can save taxEmployee Engagement, Team outingsEmail your resume to or WhatsApp on
