About Us

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing internal training for frontline and middle management team members on various programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to enhance the skills of our team members
  • Collaborate with department stakeholders to plan, promote, and execute training initiatives
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Support the Learning and Development Manager in developing and implementing training programs
  • Analyze training data and provide insights for improvement

Requirements:

  • Mastery of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Knowledge of performance improvement and evaluation techniques
