Senior Learning Experience Architect (LXA)

Position Summary
Are you passionate about shaping impactful learning experiences that drive real business outcomes? As a Senior Learning Experience Architect (LXA), you'll play a strategic and hands-on role in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs that empower our clients and teams alike. You'll lead a high-performing instructional design team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

This is a full-time employee position based in our Noida office — we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, on-site environment.

What You'll Do

Drive Learning Needs Analysis

  • Build competency frameworks through job-task analysis

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps

  • Determine learning priorities across organizational levels and departments

Design Learning Strategies & Programs Focused on Measurable Outcomes

  • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to develop targeted, effective learning strategies

  • Design engaging, results-driven curricula using appropriate modalities (instructor-led, eLearning, blended, etc.)

  • Oversee end-to-end development of learning solutions aligned to business goals

  • Evaluate impact through user data, performance metrics, surveys, and stakeholder feedback

  • Generate insights and recommendations to continuously enhance learning effectiveness

Lead and Inspire Instructional Design Teams

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and structured feedback

  • Foster a culture of high performance, growth, and innovation

  • Promote a learning-first mindset across internal teams and client organizations

Be a Thought Leader in Learning & Development

  • Stay on the pulse of emerging learning technologies and Gen AI trends

  • Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and roadshows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed cutting-edge tools into learning solutions
