Job Title: Head of Paid Media

We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee our advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a leadership role for someone who can build campaigns, drive business results, and manage high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in paid media, strong leadership and team-building skills, and the ability to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing full-funnel strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, building and mentoring a team of paid media specialists and analysts, and overseeing media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking.

  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Manage budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, data, and product teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing budgets across regions
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
