Marketing Director Role

Job Overview: We seek an exceptional Marketing Director to spearhead our hospital’s marketing and business expansion strategy. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in healthcare marketing, digital strategies, and financial management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels, including ATL, BTL, digital, and social media.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring patient-centric communication and adherence to ethical medical marketing practices.
  • Take ownership of the marketing department's P&L, driving efficient ROI-driven campaigns and aligning marketing spends with business goals.
  • Prepare and present financial projections, collaborating closely with the finance team to track performance against revenue targets.
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with operations and doctors to establish new IVF centers, lead the call center team for lead capture and patient conversion, and implement CRM tools for real-time lead tracking and performance analytics.
  • Organize OPD camps and CME programs, build partnerships with healthcare professionals, and design international patient acquisition strategies targeting emerging markets.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory bodies, adhering to guidelines and standards set by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and National Medical Commission (NMC).

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses to significant revenue growth with EBITDA positive results.
  • Strong understanding of digital healthcare marketing, P&L management, and business expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
