
IT Service Management Professional

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT service management processes and controls to ensure quality is maintained to meet business objectives.
The role involves championing an IT service culture, promoting service improvements, and maintaining day-to-day responsibility for the ownership and resolution of service management issues.
Key responsibilities include reviewing service metrics, coordinating inter-process changes, creating and maintaining service catalog descriptions, formulating SLM structures, ensuring OLAs/SLAs are in place, analyzing and reviewing service performance, providing regular reports on service performance and achievement, and reviewing SLA and OLA targets and metrics where necessary.
Requirements- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
- Experience in developing and implementing ITSM-based management processes and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and review service performance data
