Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to troubleshoot complex issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. They will also be required to possess a thorough knowledge of our products and services, as well as the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: University degree (Post Graduation/Bachelors) required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good quantitative/analytical skills
  • High level of MS Excel skills required
  • An Enthusiastic/Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards learning more about global financial markets.
