Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our growth strategy by providing data-driven insights and driving business decisions. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to define data needs, develop guides and tools to help others access and understand data insights, and collaborate on product development to ensure accurate tracking of user actions and product features.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal data warehouse and reporting systems using SQL queries, designing and managing data pipelines to ensure high-quality data, building interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for various teams, and creating templates and reports for key product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficient in SQL with expertise in query optimization and data modeling.
  • Experience working with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights with cross-functional teams.
