Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

The role of a Senior Data Analyst is multifaceted, requiring the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable information, support financial processes, and implement operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing advanced data analysis, identifying trends, building visualizations, and delivering insights for stakeholders across functions.
  • Conducting ticket triaging to detect potential misbilling by analyzing transactional data.
  • Providing month-end close support for Accounting and Finance teams, including data validation and incident investigation.
  • Coordinating and executing projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Performing data analysis to support financial audits, ensuring timely responses.
  • Partnering with engineering teams to define product solutions and contribute to system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, with proven exposure to finance/accounting domain.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • A solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
