Marketing Intelligence Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to deliver strategic data insights and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing and advertising dashboards in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect, as well as advanced knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and visualisations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, along with excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex marketing and advertising dashboards using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality data insights and recommendations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience with MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams and building complex dashboards
  • Strong understanding of reporting metrics and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for data-driven decision making
