Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

The role of a Business Insights Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless processing of transactions, events, or data within a functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely, complete, and accurate transaction processing within designated areas of responsibility.
  • Adherence to internal and external policies/guidelines, regulatory requirements, SLAs, KRIs, KPIs, and quality measures.
  • Cultivating relationships with clients for complex tasks requiring dedicated support from the GBS functional team.
  • Contribution to product/function development by analyzing client needs and market trends.
  • Risk evaluation and escalation to line managers and functional leads as necessary; contributing to mitigation solutions.

Collaboration with colleagues creates an environment of continuous improvement, enabling team members to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Skills:

  • Relevant experience in technical areas, with reconciliations expertise advantageous.
  • Product knowledge and system proficiency in relevant product lines.
  • Basic analytical skills with adaptability in production problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, fluency in English and local language (written/verbal).
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and matrix organizations.

Desirable Skills:

  • Domain Knowledge - Investment Bank, Reconciliation, Trade Lifecycle Management.

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with data in related fields.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
